About The Position

The Beauty Advisor is a sales associate who uses creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide customers with a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. The role educates and delights customers and works with a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards. This is a seasonal, part-time position at The Cosmetic Company Store in Deer Park, New York. Retail sales experience is desirable, but applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate creative and technical expertise.

Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
