About The Position
As a highly skilled make-up artist, the Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role works as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards. Make-up artistry certification or prior retail make-up experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
