About The Position
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic, inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves leading by example and coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. The Key Holder also performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and opens and closes the store on a rota basis. This role is described as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to take a first step into supervision and build a career in prestige beauty. The anticipated hourly pay range is $19.39 to $25.85. The exact rate depends on factors including experience, skills, education, and budget, and may vary by geographic location. The position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
