About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Allen. The role represents the brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder helps achieve sales goals, develops customer relationships, maintains product knowledge, supports store merchandising and back-stock operations, and performs opening store operations. Employees are expected to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and contribute to an inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
- Develop personal sales through proactive selling, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
- Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
- Create a positive and lasting impression through attentive customer service and professional conduct.
- Follow through on commitments made to customers and maintain current knowledge of customer-service standards.
- Proactively identify ways to improve customer service and inform customers about upcoming events.
- Understand and communicate return and exchange policies.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
- Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
- Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional dress and high personal-grooming standards.
- Participate in product-knowledge seminars and explain product designs and lifestyle offerings to customers.
- Perform opening store operations.
