About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, using coaching and mentoring skills to help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and service targets. Responsibilities also include cash reconciliation at the start and end of the day and opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is suitable for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience seeking an initial supervisory opportunity and a path toward a longer-term career in prestige beauty. Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the store.

Help the sales team deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
Carry out start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
Open and close the store on a rota basis.
