About The Position
HUGO BOSS is hiring a Key Holder for its BOSS Store at Roosevelt Field. The role supports sales goal achievement and store operations while representing the brand through excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational execution. The Key Holder develops personal sales through proactive techniques and client tracking, maintains professional standards, supports store opening operations, and helps deliver a positive shopping experience. The position requires 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience. The stated base pay range is $17 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and maintain awareness of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
- Develop personal sales through proactive sales techniques, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
- Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
- Provide excellent, proactive customer service and create a lasting, positive impression.
- Maintain professional standards when interacting with customers, peers, and management.
- Follow through on commitments made to customers and keep current with customer service standards.
- Generate ideas for improving customer service and inform customers of upcoming events.
- Understand and communicate return and exchange policies.
- Maintain client book profiles.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
- Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional dress and high standards of personal grooming.
- Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
- Support opening store operations.
