About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Full Time Key Holder for its BOSS Store in Clearfolk. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder helps customers discover products and lifestyles from HUGO BOSS, maintains professional standards, and supports store operations, including opening-store operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and develop personal sales through proactive selling, client-book use, and client tracking and profiling.
• Understand how and when to close a sale, and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, create positive and lasting customer impressions, and follow through on commitments to customers.
• Maintain professional standards and a positive attitude with customers, peers, and management.
• Use effective communication and maintain communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Maintain an active, up-to-date client book and profile book.
• Stay current on customer-service standards, return and exchange policies, and upcoming store events, and communicate relevant information to customers.
• Generate ideas for improving customer service and provide an above-and-beyond level of service.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards; a uniform will be provided soon.
• Participate in product-knowledge seminars and learn about new product designs to educate customers about products and HUGO BOSS lifestyles.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Perform opening-store operations.
