Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical services, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing. The Key Account Project Manager is a senior project delivery professional responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and successfully executing complex Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) projects and programs throughout the United States. This position provides leadership across all phases of project development, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. The ideal candidate possesses more than 10 years of progressive AEC industry experience and a documented history of serving projects with cumulative construction values exceeding $1 billion. The Key Account Project Manager is recognized for managing large-scale, multidisciplinary project teams, providing exceptional client service, and consistently delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements. This role serves as the primary liaison between owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders while ensuring successful project outcomes across a diverse portfolio of capital projects nationwide. This position will focus specifically in the service lines of Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consulting, and Construction Materials Testing. Adjacent service lines may include Building Science Solutions, Product Testing, and the extended ATIC service offerings of Intertek. This position will spend approximately 25% of their time traveling to project sites and operational offices across the U.S. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
