About The Position

The Key Account Performance Manager for Townsquare Ignite’s National Team is a remote, client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and strategic support for key national accounts, including clients in Home Services, Legal, and Quick Service Restaurants. The manager serves as the primary post-sale strategic partner for a portfolio of advertisers, learning each client’s business, industry, goals, customer journey, and competitive landscape to guide strategy and support business outcomes. The role leads the strategic direction of client campaigns but does not directly manage campaigns within advertising platforms. Instead, it coordinates with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, Interactive Strategists, and other internal specialists to support campaign setup, launch, optimization, and ongoing strategic alignment. The manager provides clients with proactive, data-backed insights and recommendations, while identifying opportunities to expand solutions and investment. Success is measured by client satisfaction, campaign performance, retention, new account growth, and revenue expansion. Performance expectations include maintaining a minimum $3,000,000 book of business, conducting monthly reporting calls and sharing reports with all clients, maintaining 95% month-over-month client retention, and onboarding at least one new client per month. The role also participates in regular virtual team meetings with the camera on. Townsquare Ignite describes its products and solutions as combining owned and operated digital properties, a proprietary programmatic advertising platform, and an in-house demand and data management platform. Its campaign delivery spans desktop, mobile, apps, connected TV, email, paid search, and social media, with display, video, and native executions.
