About The Position

The Key Account Performance Manager for Townsquare Ignite’s National Team is a remote, client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and strategic support for key national accounts across Home Services, Legal, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and other performance-driven verticals. The manager serves as the primary post-sale strategic partner for a portfolio of advertisers, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, goals, competitive landscape, customer journey, and revenue objectives. The role leads the strategic direction of client campaigns and helps ensure that internal teams plan, set up, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in alignment with client objectives. Although the manager does not directly manage campaigns within advertising platforms, they coordinate closely with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, Interactive Strategists, and other specialists. A strong understanding of the role and capabilities of digital channels within a full-funnel strategy is important. Success is measured by client satisfaction, campaign performance, retention, new account growth, and revenue expansion. Townsquare Ignite combines owned digital properties, a proprietary programmatic advertising platform, and in-house demand and data management capabilities. Its offerings include first-party audience data, an integrated advertising platform, access to major advertising exchanges and mobile app inventory, targeted advertising solutions, multi-platform campaign delivery, and in-house creative support. The position is remote and requires close, collaborative work with a team, including regular virtual team meetings with the camera on. Townsquare describes its work environment as dynamic, competitive, supportive, and focused on professional development, training, and internal advancement.
