We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic European automotive customer accounts within our U.S. operations. This high-impact role offers global exposure, executive-level customer interaction, and the opportunity to drive business growth and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage customer programs from quotation through launch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Lead commercial activities including pricing, cost recovery, engineering changes, claims, and negotiations.
• Coordinate customer requirements across engineering, operations, finance, program management, and sales teams.
• Develop growth strategies in partnership with global sales teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Lead negotiations to secure profitable business awards and maximize account performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitive activity to identify future opportunities.
