Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong relationship management, business development, and consultative sales capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data logging.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong systems and process-driven approach to achieving results.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and retain strategic commercial accounts and referral relationships within assigned markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development while executing strategies that increase account penetration, retention, and earned revenue.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned Key Accounts.
  • Build long-term partnerships through consistent client engagement, site visits, meetings, presentations, and proactive communication while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand each relationship.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients during property losses and emergency events, including after-hours response as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support rapid mobilization and ensure clients receive clear, timely communication throughout the restoration process.
  • Act as the communication liaison between clients and SRG teams, including Mitigation, Estimating, Reconstruction, Production, Accounting, Environmental, and Branch Operations.
  • Monitor client needs and project progress, facilitate communication, and help resolve challenges to ensure expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after each project.
  • Proactively address questions and concerns, gather client feedback, provide project updates, and ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of their experience with SRG.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, client activity, account documentation, sales touches, project information, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline activity, and relationship development efforts to drive progress toward established sales and revenue goals.
  • Represent Southeast Restoration through industry associations, networking events, trade shows, educational opportunities, community involvement, and other relationship-building activities.
  • Educate clients and referral partners on emergency preparedness, restoration best practices, and SRG’s capabilities while serving as a professional ambassador for the organization.
