About The Position

This is a foundational role leading Trakto’s expansion into the Canadian market. As the Senior Key Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within Google Canada’s partner and advertiser ecosystem—focusing on long-term value, adoption, and revenue expansion. You will operate with high autonomy, building senior-level relationships, shaping account strategy, and identifying growth opportunities across your portfolio. In addition to managing accounts, you will collaborate closely with Google teams and act as the voice of the Canadian market—bringing insights back to influence product, marketing, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in key account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding strategic accounts
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading QBRs and executive-level presentations
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and driving adoption. Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and account expansion
  • Willingness to travel across Canada for client engagement
  • Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SaaS, marketing technology, digital media, or related fields
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with advertising, branding, or campaign workflows
  • Experience working within or alongside partner ecosystems (agencies, resellers, platforms)
  • Exposure to the Google ecosystem (Google Ads, Workspace, or partner programs) is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the Canadian market, including regional and industry nuances
  • Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred (not required)
