Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with any employer (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Sales, or related fields.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency.
  • Availability to travel
  • 5+ years of produce experience (citrus industry experience preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage assigned strategic key account relationships through continuous communication and understanding customer requirements to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial conditions within the thresholds and parameters established by the Sales Coordinator to secure competitive and sustainable agreements while protecting margins.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report sales performance and market trends by analyzing key metrics and financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
  • Lead business development initiatives within assigned target markets by identifying new programs, products, or customer opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Prepare sales reports and demand forecasts by consolidating data from multiple sources and applying analytical tools to support planning and operational efficiency.
  • Follow up on commercial incidents within assigned accounts, including delivery issues, quality claims, documentation, or invoicing matters, to ensure prompt resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
