Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
5+ years’ of experience in a similar or related position
Extensive knowledge of tire industry
Familiarity with e-commerce
MS Office with Advanced Excel skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Self-motivated and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and relationship building
In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

Responsibilities

Develop a collaborative relationship between Tireco Distributors and Key Accounts
Manage communications between client and local sales team
Strategic planning to help client meet sales and profitability targets
Work closely with client’s supply chain team to support with item set-up, item maintenance, order/inventory management, product development, and market intelligence
Working with client’s leadership team to ensure the highest quality of sales support materials are being produced and all client needs met
Some visitation to existing and new customer locations
Prepare for all visits with a detailed agenda including sales updates and actionable goals
Uses market research to better understand the drivers behind client buying decisions
Uses internal data sources to compile & deliver frequent sales and program updates to client
Uses internal data sources to identify opportunities for growth within client markets
