About The Position

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage Indivior’s relationship with its most valuable customers, typically institutions, companies, or clinics. The KAM will acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the account and all influencers of decision-making within that account. Leveraging this knowledge, the KAM will engage effectively and systematically grow key accounts into patient-centric, profitable, long-term relationships, delivering Indivior’s business objectives in the assigned geography. This role has two unique focus areas: Indigenous Health Initiatives and related Nations and organizations, and Emergency Medicine, including opportunities with Paramedics, Emergency Departments, and other aspects of emergency care and management of opioid-related overdose. The role is focused on high-value institutional and select clinic customers of Indivior. Key responsibilities include establishing strong "partner" relationships with decision-makers in addiction management (doctors, nurse practitioners, allied clinical staff, administrators) and developing win-win initiatives that drive quality care, best practices, optimal patient outcomes, expanded treatment access, and adoption of SUBLOCADE® and SUBOXONE® Film. The KAM will also contribute to identifying business growth opportunities, developing business plans, and producing educational and promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related subject.
  • Experience or past involvement in the field of drug addiction/psychiatry or a track record of outstanding performance in the pharma industry.
  • Capacity to organize and facilitate small and large meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building long-standing influential customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to understand and operate in a technically complex therapeutic area.
  • Leadership skills: Able to link Indivior strategic objectives to own position and contribution to country performance. Able to translate business priorities into executable objectives. Resourceful in obtaining and using data to monitor progress against objectives. Strong business mindset and can turn opportunities into concrete outcomes.
  • Marketing skills: Able to develop territory insights. Strategic approach when dealing with key accounts and able to link cause and effect and build networks of influence to solve challenges.
  • Sales skills: Sound understanding of sales/key account strategy and building win-win relationships. Strong proficiency in developing compelling selling messages for Key Account/customer purposes. Seek out and seize opportunities to grow business.
  • Finance skills: Able to manage own budget targets and assess the impact of activity and proposals on financial performance.
  • Business Project Management skills: Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to manage meeting organization.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the CL team in achieving their individual and team business goals through sharing insights, facilitating partnerships, and outreach within the CLs customer base.
  • Actively contribute to internal strategic planning by sharing key insights and active interaction with Marketing, Access, and Medical.
