About The Position

Vehicle Fleet Services, a division of Drive Holding Corporation and a leader in the asset protection, re-marketing, and wholesale acquisition market, is seeking a full-time, energetic, and motivated Sales and Key Account Manager. This role focuses on maintaining and developing new business relationships for the AssuraCar vehicle asset protection program, targeting dealerships of all sizes. The position offers significant earning potential based on performance, with opportunities for rapid promotion and regional oversight within the first six months. A start-up guarantee is also provided for the first 180 days, contingent on meeting performance metrics. The role involves some travel to local businesses and auction locations within the assigned market, with flexible scheduling and no strict clock-in/out process. The company provides training and resources to support success in building relationships with various auto sales platforms.

Requirements

  • 1 year Wholesale / Auto industry experience required.
  • 2 years of sales experience – industry related preferred.
  • Knowledge of auto industry sales, wholesaling, inventory management, appraisal experience, and auctions required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of personality types.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and seek new business relationship opportunities for the AssuraCar vehicle asset protection program.
  • Add new B2B clients to the roster and manage relationships within those accounts monthly.
  • Work closely with industry-related companies to strengthen relationships between clients and the offered protection services.
  • Provide wholesale liquidation consulting to clients.
  • Help clients maximize returns on unneeded vehicles using national auction databases and appraisal systems.
  • Offer assistance with full-throttle inventory protection services.
