Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 7 years of Dental Industry sales experience
  • Experience selling through distribution.
  • Data Analytic Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.

  • Experience selling to dental DSO’s or Large Dental Group Practices.

Responsibilities

  • Exceeding region forecast for assigned Key Accounts.
  • Developing, communicating & executing Key Account business plans.
  • Analyze sales data, competitive landscape, & white space sales opportunities.
  • Liaison between Key Accounts and the field sales team.
  • Support and help drive sales growth amongst team members.
  • Compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
