Requirements

  • A degree in agriculture or 2 years of equivalent Sales experience
  • Live in or within commuting distance of the assigned territory
  • Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%)
  • Have strong sales skills and a proven record of sales success
  • Willing to develop basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve a select group of customers, acting as the primary MFA contact.
  • Focus on developing the customer relationship and helping the customer grow their business while providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support MFA products and services but also lead to improving the current offerings.
  • Implement and promote the company's sales goals in the key areas of Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policy.
