Requirements
- Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience
- Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams
- Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes
- Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
- Current driver’s licence
- Unrestricted, ongoing working rights in Australia
Responsibilities
- Build trusted on-farm relationships, identify customer needs and deliver high-quality after-sales support
- Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your customer portfolio
- Provide agronomic advice and stay current on seasonal conditions, product performance and industry best practice
- Support branch performance through forecasting, budgeting inputs.
