We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team as a Key Account Manager ADS. The individual will be responsible for managing selected focus accounts while driving a business strategy across the organization for maximum revenue growth. You will support customer projects by identifying relevant Littelfuse technologies and, in collaboration with global Littelfuse resources, drive the conversion of New Business Opportunities (NBOs) into wins and ultimately into revenue across all customer-selected supply chain channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in key account management within the Aerospace, Defense, Space (ADS) industry for North America.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Drive multi-technology demand creation NBO’s promoting the entire portfolio.
  • Align with Global teams to convert NBO’s into revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
