About The Position

This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The role is located in Fort Worth, TX and is a full-time position on the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English

Nice To Haves

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the last 12 months
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Line set up pipes, metal detector, pumps, discharge valves, steam injectors, daily paperwork/ scanning
• HACCP and SSOP’s
• Product Bostwick testing
• Changing over washing equipment sanitizing
• Cooking products to BOM specifications
• Data recording per batch per product
