Requirements

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a group of automatic and CNC milling machines to mill various types of teeth on carbon-steel and bi-metal backing-coil material.
Perform exacting setups to close tolerances.
Check coils to be milled and review coil tags for records of previous operations.
Replace cutters after grinding.
Keep equipment and the work area clean and orderly.
Report material defects, discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Maintain responsibility for the quality of work performed.
