Requirements

Minimum Age: 16+
Reliable Transportation Required
Must have open availability on weekends and select holidays
Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment
Basic Math & Currency Handling Skills
Team Player with a Positive, Outgoing Attitude
Ability to stand, move around, and perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a high-energy, noisy environment.
Pre-employment drug testing required.
Background checks may be required for management, executive positions.

Responsibilities

Assist guests in understanding AMP offerings and help them make informed purchases.
Serve as a front-line concierge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and diplomatically.
Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit card transactions, and providing correct change).
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
Keep the facility clean and organized to maintain AMP’s high standards.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
