About The Position

Atlanta Motorsports Park is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Gate Attendants. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will be responsible for guest check-ins, providing information, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 16+
Reliable Transportation Required
Must be available to work weekends and select open holidays
Strong Communication & Guest Service Skills
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Loud Environment
Ability to bend, reach, turn, climb, and lift 35-50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Pre-Employment Drug Testing Required
Background Check may be required for applicable positions
Clean 3 year MVR and valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Process check-ins and obtain required signatures upon arrival.
Provide clear directions and assistance to help guests navigate the facility.
Communicate effectively and with enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of AMP’s offerings, policies, and facility layout.
Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Keep the entry area and workspace clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Properly use and respect AMP equipment, tools, and resources.
Adhere to AMP work rules and procedures.
Attend all required department meetings and training sessions.
