About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to support its hospitality operations. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas to company standards, ensuring rooms are properly supplied with clean linens and guest items, and following hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The position requires knowledge of hotel services and surroundings, effective communication, teamwork, and a focus on exceeding guest expectations. This is a tipped-eligible position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
