About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to support its hospitality team. The position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas to company standards, keeping rooms supplied with clean linens and guest amenities, and following hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The Room Attendant is also expected to know the hotel, its services and hours of operation, and nearby surroundings, and to provide service that meets or exceeds guest expectations. The position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work as a team player.
Ability to exceed guest expectations.
Knowledge of cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and nearby surroundings.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
