About The Position

The Kaizen Coordinator supports continuous improvement initiatives in both production-floor and transactional processes. The role engages employees and collaborates with multiple functions, including logistics, to conduct Kaizen workshops, analyze processes, and implement lean methodologies. The coordinator also implements 5S through daily Gemba walks and competitions, helps maintain factory cleanliness, builds and assembles parts, and helps maintain and service production carts.

• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced and changing environments.
