About The Position

Concorde Education seeks independent contractor instructors for current and future enrichment programs serving K–12 students at schools and community partner locations. Teacher certification is not necessarily required; qualifications may come from professional practice, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth development, or specialized instruction. Assignments vary by school in schedule, student population, goals, and requirements. Programs may provide curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, and instructional guidelines, or allow instructors to develop suitable activities using their own expertise. Opportunities are generally part-time, often involving 1–4 instructional hours weekly for approximately 8–10 weeks. Compensation is typically $50–$65 per instructional hour, with actual rates determined by the particular assignment and communicated before acceptance. Opportunities arise throughout the academic year, and joining the instructor network does not guarantee an assignment or hours.
