Concorde Education seeks independent contractor instructors for current and future school-based enrichment programs serving K–12 students. Instructors share expertise and practical skills in areas such as technology, science, creative arts, academics, games, health and recreation, and career skills. A teaching certificate is not necessarily required; relevant professional, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth development, or specialized instructional experience may qualify. Assignments vary by school in schedule, student population, instructional goals, resources, and requirements. Some provide curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, or guidelines; others allow instructors to develop suitable activities using their expertise. Opportunities are generally part-time, often involving 1–4 instructional hours per week over 8–10 weeks, with assignment availability and terms dependent on the individual program. Compensation is typically $50–$65 per instructional hour, though rates may vary and are communicated before acceptance. Applicants may be considered for opportunities as programs become available. Selection and assignment offers depend on qualifications, subject expertise, geographic availability, schedule compatibility, school-partner requirements, and program demand. Engagements are not guaranteed and are subject to applicable screening and clearance requirements, school approval when required, and written confirmation of the assignment.
