About The Position

The JV Field Hockey coach is responsible for coaching student-athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for competitive athletic competition. This role involves working with the varsity coach to promote the sport within the community, motivate student-athletes to develop an appreciation for the sport, and improve their performance. The coach is expected to be present at all practices and games and is fully committed to developing Gardner athletes academically and athletically. The coach must also fulfill Gardner District and MIAA certification policies.
