About The Position
The JV Boys basketball coach will be responsible for running all practice and game events for the JV boys team. They will work in conjunction with Varsity and Middle school coaches/programs to ensure seamless expectations within the holistic program.
Requirements
- Experience coaching basketball at the junior varsity level or higher
- Knowledge of basketball fundamentals and strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and other coaches
- Understanding of child development and positive coaching techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the athletic department
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience playing basketball at the collegiate or professional level
- Certifications in coaching or first aid/CPR
