Requirements
- Must be able to attend 3 weeks of DYS basic training academy located offsite in Grafton, MA. Training will be during the day (8:30am - 5pm) upon hire.
- Ability to complete medication administration training.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a driving record check and CORI criminal background screens.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, secure environment and supervise resident movement within a locked facility.
- Provide counseling, advocacy, and lead daily group meetings to support rehabilitation.
- Use program policies to manage client behavior and react productively to changing environments.
