Requirements

  • 18 years or older to work in residential adult programs and must be at least 21 years or older to work in child foster care homes
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Dungarvin policy
  • Current auto liability insurance
  • Computer skills for documentation
  • Ability/willingness to perform personal cares
  • 2–3 years’ experience required for Mental Health Specialists
  • 2–3 years’ experience required for Unit-Based / Employment Services
  • 4-year degree required for Case Management
  • Supervisory experience required for Program Managers / Directors
