About The Position

Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a full-time Junk Route Sales Driver for its Field Sales & Service Team. The role involves delivering customer service, explaining services and pricing, identifying sales opportunities, and removing unwanted items from homes and businesses. Team members work five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay averages $20–$28 per hour, consisting of a $17 base rate, profit share, and tips. Paid training and advancement opportunities in sales, leadership, and operations are offered. No junk removal experience is required.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 21 or older.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
