About The Position

The Replenishment / Truck Unload Service Team Member delivers friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and provides a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking and recovering merchandise, maintaining store standards, and supporting in-stock and merchandising processes. Team members also assist with online order fulfillment, customer programs, shrink and safety initiatives, and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production. The position is based at the CHI-NEW LENOX, IL store. The public retail areas are climate controlled, though some stock rooms may not be; assigned work may also take place outdoors while retrieving carts or unloading trucks. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
Explain the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards, including applicable laws and requirements.
Interact with others respectfully, maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
