About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking dependable individuals for their Orlando team who enjoy staying busy, meeting people, and accomplishing tasks. This role involves traveling to homes and businesses to help customers clear out unwanted items, making a potentially stressful situation easier. The ideal candidate will bring a great attitude to customer interactions and be ready for physical work.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a clean 3-year driving record.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Alternating weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to customer needs and help find the right solution.
• Explain services and pricing clearly and comfortably.
• Provide estimates and identify opportunities for additional customer needs.
• Lift, carry, load, and move items safely (up to 50 lbs).
• Take care of customer property and leave the area clean.
• Keep the truck organized and ready for the next job.
• Work closely with a teammate to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
