About The Position

As a Truck Team Member, you’ll help customers clear out unwanted items while providing dependable, friendly service from start to finish. This is an active, hands-on position where no two days are exactly the same. You’ll be out in the community, working alongside a teammate, loading and removing items, and making sure every customer has a great experience.

• Must be 21+ with a clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.

• Experience in moving, labor, warehouse work, delivery, driving, operations, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove, carry, load, and transport unwanted items safely.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout each job.
• Provide estimates and clearly explain pricing.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
