Requirements

• 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
• Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
• Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
• Build skills in sales, negotiation, leadership, and operations — all transferable to long-term career growth.
