About The Position
At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, customers call us when they need a problem solved—an overflowing garage, old furniture, a move-out cleanout, or simply too much stuff. Your job is to show up with a great attitude, understand what they need, and make the process easy. You'll combine customer service, sales, and hands-on work while helping customers throughout the Orlando area reclaim their spaces.
Requirements
- Naturally friendly, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
- Show up ready to work and genuinely enjoy helping others.
- A valid driver's license.
- 21+ age requirement.
- A clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Meet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Listen to their needs and explain 1-800-GOT-JUNK? services and pricing.
- Provide estimates and recommend solutions that make sense.
- Build trust and create an experience customers remember.
- Safely lift, carry, and load items up to 75 lbs.
