About The Position

Join our team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and combine customer service with an active, hands-on job. You'll be the face of the company when you arrive at a customer's home or business. You'll build rapport, understand what they need, explain their options, and help turn their junk removal needs into a great customer experience.

Requirements

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes
• Able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers and creating a friendly first impression.
• Listening to what the customer needs and recommending the right service.
• Providing on-site estimates and explaining pricing clearly.
• Loading and moving items safely, including items up to 50 lbs.
• Keeping the truck and work area clean and presentable.
• Representing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? with energy and professionalism.
