About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a Full Time Truck Team Member - Driver, Labor, & Customer Service. This role involves a 4-day work week with a day shift into early evening, and requires working Saturdays or Sundays. We are a fun and fast-paced operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items responsibly. Our professional, on-time service, clean shiny trucks, and friendly uniformed teams set us apart. Each day offers variety and the opportunity to grow your skills.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age for insurance purposes.
• Must possess a great attitude, be reliable, and hardworking.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly over a full shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, customer service, driving, and/or sales is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 24-foot box truck (no special driver's license required) on assigned service routes.
• Provide excellent customer service onsite, removing items or providing estimates.
• Educate customers on our services.
• Retrieve, transport, and responsibly dispose of unwanted items.
