At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, our frontline team members are responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences while closing on-site sales. Your effort, confidence, and ability to present value directly influence your earnings and advancement. Sales Training & Development: Learn how to confidently present pricing and build value on-site. Develop objection-handling and closing skills. Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance. Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills. No junk removal experience required. Full training is provided.

Requirements

  • 19 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
  • Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

  • Sales experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Start each day at our Burnaby location and complete assigned routes
  • Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
  • Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates
  • Lead pricing conversations and close sales
  • Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
  • Load trucks efficiently and responsibly
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
