Develop objection-handling and closing skills. Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance. Gain transferable sales, leadership, and business skills. No junk removal experience required. Full training is provided.
Requirements
- 19 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
Responsibilities
- Start each day at our Burnaby location and complete assigned routes
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
- Assess jobs and provide clear, on-the-spot price estimates
- Lead pricing conversations and close sales
- Safely remove and transport items from homes and businesses
- Load trucks efficiently and responsibly
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
