About The Position
Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Junk Removal Specialist and help deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. This full-time role in Tucson, AZ, involves driving company trucks, meeting customers, providing on-the-spot estimates, closing sales, and responsibly disposing of unwanted items. You will work alongside a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service while maximizing daily performance opportunities. This is an opportunity for motivated, high-energy individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, meeting new people, and getting paid based on performance.
Requirements
- High-energy, outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working weekday and weekend shifts
- 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Enjoy meeting and helping people every day
- Driven and motivated to achieve goals
- Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Clear and confident communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Driving company trucks along assigned routes
- Meeting customers face-to-face
- Providing on-the-spot estimates and closing sales
- Removing and responsibly disposing of unwanted items
- Staying active and lifting 50+ lbs throughout the day
- Working outdoors and in new environments daily
- Working alongside a Truck Team Partner to deliver fast, friendly, professional service
- Maximizing daily performance opportunities
Benefits
- Base Pay: $15.50/hr + uncapped profit share & tips - make up to $27/hr!
