About The Position
This role is for a Junk Removal Specialist / Route Sales Representative within the Field Sales & Service Team. The position is full-time and based in SE Calgary. The company, Southwind, is the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, emphasizing integrity, accountability, and investing in people. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are confident discussing price, and want to control their income through performance. The company provides sales training, coaching, and a profit-share model. Teammates deliver great customer experiences, close sales on-site, and are responsible for safely removing junk, loading, transporting, recycling, donating, or disposing of items responsibly. The company is the World’s Largest Junk Removal Company, known for its friendly teams, iconic blue trucks, and exceptional customer service. Requirements
- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

Responsibilities
- Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude
