Requirements

  • 19+ years old (insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
  • Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

  • Sales experience is a big plus!

Responsibilities

  • Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
  • Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
  • Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
  • Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale
  • Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
  • Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
  • Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude
