Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of HR experience in technical recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end technical recruitment for domestic and international talent (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering).
  • Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract top candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Boost employer branding through content creation and participation in recruitment events.
  • Ensure full compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding experience, from offer acceptance to the first day.
  • Manage and coordinate orientation protocols, ensuring smooth company integration.
  • Facilitate new hires' immersion into company culture with the right tools and support.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create and deliver an exceptional onboarding journey for new hires.
