About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Junior Service Advisor at Lexus of Wayzata. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and providing service and suggestions to help customers keep their vehicles in top condition. The role is part of the Service Lane and includes using Fixed Operations Technology. The company is affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and over 50 dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn and use it.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law and regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in the service drive.
- Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.
- Communicate promptly and effectively, keeping customers updated throughout the service process.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers.
- Use Fixed Operations Technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
