About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Service Advisor at Lexus of Wayzata. Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in the service drive.
• Write repair orders with transparent cost and time estimates.

• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers.
• Use Fixed Operations Technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Present vehicle repair recommendations and suggest services to help customers maintain their vehicles.
