Junior Service Advisor
About The Position
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Junior Service Advisor at Lexus of Maplewood. This role serves as a liaison between customers and technicians, presenting vehicle repair recommendations and helping customers maintain their vehicles. The advisor works in the Service Lane and provides customer service throughout the repair process. The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and over 50 dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees nationwide. Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn and use it.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in the service drive.
- Write repair orders and provide transparent cost and time estimates.
- Communicate with customers in a timely manner and keep them updated throughout the process.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and coworkers.
- Use Fixed Operations Technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
